This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications and our website (gofruittr.com).

• Account Information: Name, mobile phone number, and email address (collected via secure OTP verification through MSG91).
• Location Data:
• Customers: We collect precise delivery location data to match you with the nearest juice menu post-payment and calculate minimum transit time.
• Riders: We collect continuous precise background and foreground location data to assign orders effectively and allow live tracking.
•   Vendor Data: Business registration details, FSSAI licenses, and operational hours.
• Transaction Data: Details of the orders you place and payment confirmations processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.

• To route orders efficiently without publicly listing vendor storefronts on the customer app, ensuring optimized quality and minimal delivery time.
• To process secure payments and distribute accurate billing breakdowns (including platform fees, testing models, and applicable taxes).

FRUITTR is currently operating under a promotional, localized MVP (Minimum Viable Product) testing phase.

• Evolving Business Features: To optimize our juice delivery network, FRUITTR reserves the right to test, modify, and implement various commercial structures in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, introducing vendor commission structures, variable customer platform fees, and rider service models.
• Data Privacy Integrity: Regardless of any future updates to our pricing or commission models, FRUITTR does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing agencies. Data is shared strictly with our integrated delivery partners and vendors to fulfill your orders.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. To delete your FRUITTR account, please email your registered mobile number and details to info@fruittr.com. Your data will be permanently purged from our active databases within 48 hours.
